                </p><p>The Animation Technical Supervisor works within a department under direct supervision of the Head of Department and is typically assigned to one or more productions. They support and collaborate with the Department Supervisors, Leads and Artists by developing, documenting and supporting artist tools and workflows required to create, alter and deliver feature film quality animation in a consistent and efficient manner at the highest standard within the time allocated.                 As an Animation Programmer, you will be responsible for making our exciting new project’s epic battles look visually dynamic and immersive, ensuring we stay on the cutting edge, and conquer new frontiers in the world of game development. This role will be based at CA Sofia, in Bulgaria.<br /><br />In this role you will be instrumental in defining how the animation systems for this project are developed moving forward. <li>Work with Animation Supervisors, Leads, Engineers and Technical Directors to develop future animation pipelines as well as maintaining and improving what we currently have. </li>

<li>Must create polished presentations and proposals to effectively communicate art services to all parts of Sony's PlayStation Studios. </li>
<li>Guide Studio Art Director and Service Development to identify new areas of business, and lead internal business plans for new art services and pipelines. </li>

<li>Have the experience, skills, and knowledge to manage a team of animators, solvers, technical animators, and camera layout artists. Knowledge of the terminology and processes associated with these departments is a must. </li>
<li>Understand how the different aspects of animation function within a game studio pipeline, and how to organize and supervise artists to accomplish their assignments. </li>
<li>Excellent understanding of how engineering and technical art work within the organization, and how to collaborate across those departments. </li>
<li>Possess strong technical knowledge and experience in 3D computer graphics production. </li>
