We’re looking for an experienced HR Administrator to provide administrative support throughout the entire employee life cycle for employees all over the world, ensuring a timely, accurate and positive experience.

What Does The Job Actually Involve?

  • Maintaining and updating personnel records and internal HR databases and systems.

  • Preparing HR documents including but not limited to contracts, amendments and policies.

  • Sickness and annual leave monitoring and recording.

  • Benefits administration.

  • Providing to the Finance department the information required to process the payroll.

  • Supporting in creation of HR forms, templates and processes, ensuring they remain up to date and fit for purpose.

  • Provide support to the HR and Talent Acquisition team with any other ad hoc administrative tasks.

Your Hard Skills

  • At least 18 months of experience in HR administration, ideally in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Previous experience of dealing with sensitive or confidential matters.

  • Payroll systems experience is highly desirable but not essential.

  • Dynamic, able to multitask and work under pressure while managing a varied workload.

  • Flexible attitude and outstanding attention to detail, a keen eye for consistency and accuracy.

  • Very organised and trustworthy.
