<h2><strong>VFX Artist (Remote Optional within the US)</strong></h2><p><em>SUMMARY OF POSITION</em></p><p>Gunfire Games is seeking a Visual Effects Artist for our upcoming titles. The VFX Artist will design, create and implement dynamic and dramatic in-game special effects (explosions, fire, smoke and other environmental effects, special abilities, weapon attacks, etc.) powered by Unreal 4. The ideal candidate has a thorough understanding of the creation of stunning in-game visual effects and should exhibit expert creativity, technical and artistic skills. Required to be a self-starter, must be motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. <p>Join a team of Bungie art leads to define what Destiny can achieve on an unannounced project. The VFX Lead is responsible for guiding and mentoring external development partners in creating inspirational VFX for an unannounced game. This includes creating VFX Style Guides and other supporting visual documentation to communicate IP standards. The VFX Lead maintains the quality and consistency of the Destiny IP VFX content, while giving our partners enough freedom to meet the needs of their players and markets. The VFX Lead will also work closely with the Creative and Art Director as part of a cross-functional leadership team that is responsible for delivering timely feedback to our partners.</p>

<li>Maintain Destiny IP quality and consistency while working with external partners</li>
