- Comfortable testing ideas quickly, learning from data and playtests, and iterating
- Curious about player psychology, market trends, and why successful games work
- Excited about using AI and new tools to accelerate game design and prototyping
- A collaborative designer who enjoys working closely with product, art, development, and data teams
Then you might be a great match for CrazyLabs.
As a Game Designer, you will:
- Design new hybrid-casual game concepts from early ideation through prototype and validation.

- Rapidly test and iterate on gameplay ideas based on playtests, player behavior, and performance data.
- Design and balance progression, rewards, economies, and monetization systems appropriate for hybrid-casual games.
- Work closely with Product Owners, developers, artists, and Data Analysts to bring new game concepts to life.
- Analyze KPIs, player behavior, market trends, competitor games, and test results to identify opportunities and improve designs.
- Participate in prototype reviews and help determine which concepts and mechanics have the strongest potential.
- Research successful and emerging games to identify mechanics, features, trends, and opportunities that can inspire new concepts.
- Create clear and practical design documentation, including game briefs, feature specifications, flows, wireframes, and balancing models.
- Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, balancing, research, and analysis.
- Bring creativity, curiosity, and strong design thinking to a fast-moving multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
The Game Designer role requires:
- 3+ years experience designing mobile games, ideally within casual, hybrid-casual genres

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with creativity and a strong player mindset.
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly through documentation, flows, mockups, references, or prototypes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong knowledge of current mobile gaming trends and a genuine passion for playing and analyzing games.
- Curiosity and willingness to experiment with AI tools and emerging technologies as part of the design process.
Advantage
- Experience designing successful hybrid-casual or casual mobile games.
