Our team is currently working on a next-generation 4X strategy game with merge 3 in the core cycle for mobile platforms. We are currently seeking a Senior Game Designer to join our team and strengthen our game design capabilities. This role will play a crucial part in developing engaging game mechanics for our project. 🌐 Location: Remote. Your responsibilities will include: ⏺ Creating exciting and unique game mechanics by combining insights from industry leaders, your expertise, and knowledge, while ensuring they seamlessly integrate with the overall gameplay of the project. ⏺ Producing comprehensive and well-crafted game design documentation. ⏺ Collaborating with a team of programmers, game designers, and artists to develop prototypes and define technical requirements (TORs). It is important to us that you: ☑ Have at least 2 years of experience as a Senior Game Designer; ☑ Have a good knowledge of mid-core projects for mobile platforms, competitors, and quick follow-up of new projects in your niche and new market trends; ☑ Can write clear, concise and well-structured documents; ☑ Can focus on details, keeping the entire project in mind; ☑ Possess the ability to articulate your thoughts effectively and coherently, both verbally and in written form. ☑ Have an Intermediate and higher level of English. Will be an advantage if you: ⭐ Know the game market (focus on 4х strategies and merge 3). ⭐ Understand the casual audience.
