Senior Game Designer

Job Overview

We are looking a Senior game designer to work on vehicle shooter games on mobile.

Reports To

Game Design Manager 

What will you do?

•    Collaborate with the game design team to ensure the game design direction and final quality.
•    Pay attention to all aspects of development and take an active role in the implementation and adjustment of game play, user experience and game balance.
•    Foster effective communication and teamwork with other departments, including programming and art, to ensure the quality of feature implementation.
•    Responsible for continuous optimization and updating of the game during the R&D phase and after launch.

What are we looking for?

•    Minimum 5 years’ experience in game design, and 2 years’ experience as Senior designer.
•    Full experience in at least 1 successful launched mobile game project. Deep understanding of shooter and strategy games.
•    Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong sense of responsibility.
•    Deep understanding of the needs of game users, familiar with the various processes of game production and operation.
•    Fluent English reading, writing and communication skills.

What additional skills will help you stand out?

•    Knowledge of unity/unreal or other game engine is a plus.
•    Experience in working as a game designer in mobile shooters.
