You'll own schedules, scope, and team coordination from concept through launch and live operations, keeping our developers, artists, and brand partners aligned and moving fast. Our office is located in Los Angeles. While we are a remote-first company, we expect this role to be in the office for key client meetings, kickoffs, and team collaboration as needed.

• End-to-End Game Production: Lead the production of branded and original Roblox experiences from concept and pre-production through launch, ensuring every release ships on time, on budget, and to Sawhorse's quality bar.
• Roadmaps and Scheduling: Build and manage project roadmaps, sprint plans, and milestone schedules in Jira, Asana, or Airtable, giving every discipline clear visibility into deliverables, priorities, and deadlines.
• Scope and Budget Management: Manage project scope, budgets, and resourcing, flagging risks early and making smart tradeoffs that protect timelines and creative quality.
• Cross-Discipline Collaboration: Partner with game designers, Luau scripters, 3D artists, UI/UX designers, and QA to keep development aligned with the creative vision and game design document.
• Brand Partner Management: Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for brand and agency partners, leading status meetings, presenting builds, and translating client goals into actionable development priorities.
• Roblox Platform Compliance: Manage Roblox approval processes, brand guidelines, and platform policies, including Roblox Advertising Standards and content maturity requirements, so every experience launches cleanly.
• Live Operations: Plan and execute post-launch content updates, limited-time events, and live ops calendars that drive player retention and engagement.
• Analytics and Performance: Monitor game performance through the Roblox Creator Dashboard, tracking concurrent users, session length, retention, and conversion, and use those insights to shape updates.
