Manager, Brand & Agency Account Management

The opportunity

Unity's Omnichannel team helps brands and agencies reach audiences across mobile, gaming and CTV through private marketplaces (PMPs), programmatic guaranteed (PG), and managed service campaigns.

We're looking for an experienced, commercially-minded leader to manage five account managers, grow existing client relationships, and make AI central to how the team works. You'll partner with Sales, Product and Operations to expand revenue, deliver major branded campaigns, and continue to build a scaling business.

What you'll be doing

• Client relationships: Build trusted, direct relationships with brands and agencies, partnering with Sales on account strategy and client reviews. 
• Account growth: Drive retention and expansion through repeat campaigns, increased budgets, new formats, PG deals and audience solutions. Proactively pitch opportunities with Sales.
• Team leadership: Coach and develop five account managers, set clear goals, strengthen commercial ownership and build an accountable, high-performing team.
• Commercial strategy: Shape RFP responses, pricing, deal structures and audience solutions, using Unity’s Audience Hub and AI-powered planning tools.
• Campaign delivery: Oversee PMP, PG and managed service execution across major DSPs and SSPs, ensuring strong pacing, performance and client outcomes.
• Problem-solving: Lead complex campaign, creative, measurement and deal-delivery escalations with DSPs, SSPs, Operations and Product.
• Business operations: Maintain high standards for reporting, billing accuracy, revenue reconciliation and month-end actualization with Finance.
• AI transformation: Lead automation of repetitive workflows, improve existing tools and measure efficiency gains so the team can spend more time with clients and growing revenue.

What we're looking for

• Programmatic experience: 8+ years in programmatic advertising, ideally with an SSP, exchange, publisher or adtech platform, and deep familiarity with PMP, PG and managed service.
• Commercial growth: Proven ability to expand brand and agency accounts, develop senior client relationships and identify incremental revenue opportunities.
• Technical fluency: Strong understanding of DSPs, SSPs, bidding, targeting, creative and measurement, with the judgment to lead complex troubleshooting.
• People leadership: 3+ years directly managing, coaching and developing account management or campaign management teams.
• AI leadership: Hands-on experience with tools such as Claude or ChatGPT, a track record of introducing automations or improving workflows, and the ability to drive adoption across a team.

You might also have

• Mobile in-app or gaming advertising experience.
• Custom and rich media creative experience, including MRAID, end cards and playables.
• Experience with audience platforms, app lists or measurement partners like Circana and LiveRamp.
• Salesforce experience for invoicing and revenue actualization.

Base Salary Range: We determine the base salary range for this role based on your primary work location:

Zone A: $92,600 - $138,800 USD gross

Zone B: $104,600 - $156,800 USD gross

Zone C: $117,400 - $176,200 USD gross

This range reflects the anticipated base salary for this position. Beyond base salary, this role may be eligible for equity awards and participation in our company incentive plans (such as annual discretionary bonuses or sales commissions). The final offer amount will depend on several factors, including geographic location and the candidate’s relevant experience, professional background, and skill set.
