Full job details

We’re looking for a hands-on IT Systems Engineer to support the infrastructure behind our games and the developers who build them.

This is a broad, technical role spanning networking, cloud, identity, and on-prem systems — combined with real-time support on the studio floor. You’ll be as comfortable troubleshooting complex issues as you are supporting system improvements to keep developers moving.

You’ll need to be adaptable, pragmatic, and calm under pressure. Priorities shift quickly, and your focus will always be on removing blockers and keeping the studio running.

What you'll be doing:

  • Act as second line escalation for complex technical issues, providing support and guidance to the Junior IT Support Technician

  • Support core systems (Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, networking, servers)

  • Assist with AWS cloud infrastructure support

  • Maintain developer systems (including Perforce)

  • Monitor system performance and resolve issues proactively

  • Support infrastructure projects and system improvements

  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes

  • Maintain clear technical documentation

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in IT support, systems, or infrastructure roles

  • Strong Microsoft 365 & Entra ID knowledge

  • Solid networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls)

  • Windows Server & Active Directory

  • Scripting (PowerShell or similar)

  • Linux administration

  • AWS experience

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

  • Full UK driving licence

Nice to Have:

  • Perforce or version control at scale

  • Docker / Infrastructure as Code

  • Experience in the game industry

  • Experience with enterprise hardware
