About the role:
Roblox's Integrated Marketing team leads the integrated campaigns and major brand moments that shape how the world sees Roblox, from creator-led live events to global brand campaigns. We work across social, paid, live content, influencer, events and owned channels with Creative, Comms, Media, Product Marketing and regional teams. This is a temporary role, owning high-visibility programs end to end during a busy stretch of events and campaigns.
You will:
- Lead strategy and execution of tentpole campaigns, including LiveOps events, brand partnership activations, Creator Showdown and game activations, and influencer-led programs
- Manage agency and vendor partners for creative and asset production, setting creative checkpoints, decision points and escalation paths at the start of vendor-led work
- Develop and manage integrated marketing plans across social, paid, live content, influencer and owned channels with Creative, Social, Comms, Media and regional teams
- Partner with Product Marketing to bring launches to market, translating product value into credible, audience-first messaging and launch plans
- Define success metrics, report on campaign results, and use insights to refine messaging, creative and channel strategy
You have:
- 8+ years of integrated marketing experience, ideally in consumer tech, gaming, platforms or creator-driven ecosystems
- Strong understanding of the gaming ecosystem, including live service games, UGC platforms and creator-driven economies
- Experience working with creators and influencers, including partnership management and content briefs
- Experience leading cross-channel campaigns across social, video, paid media, live content and events in multiple markets
- Strong storytelling, organizational and project management skills, with a clear creative point of view and sound judgment on credibility and authenticity
- Preferred: experience running large events or tentpole moments, and the ability to ramp quickly in a temporary role
For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual hourly rate could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Please note that not all benefits shown on this page are applicable to this temporary position.
Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
