Game Producer - League of Legends

As a Game Producer on League of Legends’ Purchase Point theme, you will help Riot deliver next level around game experiences to our players. You will keep the players' needs front of mind as you ensure the timely delivery of work in alignment with our strategy. As part of a distributed development team, you will work with rioters from all crafts across multiple offices, maintaining impeccable communication & collaboration standards. You will report to a Senior Manager - Game Production within the Purchase Points theme.

Responsibilities

• Own timely delivery by managing your backlog, allocating resources, and mitigating.
• Ensure quality of execution, so that we deliver resonant and delightful experiences to players.
• Identify, flag, and seize opportunities to better serve our players. 
• Maintain impeccable communication & collaboration standards with all stakeholders.
• Work as part of a large and diverse team distributed across multiple offices.
• Balance team efficiency, team health, deadlines and quality.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience managing Agile production teams.
• Experience with a live game service.

Desired Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of, and passion for, League of Legends.
• Experience working with game content pipelines.
