We’re looking for a Game Developer who is passionate about building polished and engaging mobile game experiences. Someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, optimizing performance for mobile devices, and bringing gameplay ideas to life using Unreal Engine. You’ll work closely with design and art teams to create scalable, high-performing games played by millions.

Responsibilities
• Develop gameplay systems and core mechanics using C++ and Blueprints in Unreal Engine
• Optimize game and engine performance for iOS and Android devices
• Collaborate with technical artists to implement and optimize shaders, materials, and rendering pipelines
• Manage build and deployment processes for mobile platforms
• Troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues within Unreal Engine
• Develop and maintain multiplayer gameplay systems for mobile games
• Integrate and maintain Ad Networks and In-App Purchase (IAP) systems
• Work closely with designers, artists, and other developers to deliver high-quality gameplay experiences

Skills & Experiences

• 2–3+ years of professional experience with Unreal Engine (UE4/UE5)
• Strong knowledge of C++ and performance-oriented programming principles
• Experience developing and optimizing mobile games for iOS and Android
• Understanding of Paper2D and/or 3D rendering pipelines in Unreal Engine
• Strong math and problem-solving skills, especially in linear algebra and vector math
• Ability to balance visual quality and technical performance on mobile hardware
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a high level of ownership and autonomy
• Good command of English

Nice to Have
• Experience with Backend and LiveOps services such as PlayFab or Firebase
• Experience developing multiplayer or online systems for mobile games
• Passion for mobile gaming and staying up to date with industry trends
