The opportunity

Unity Grow helps tens of thousands of game developers turn their games into sustainable businesses. Join us as a Developer Support Engineer on our SMB Ads Support team in Vilnius, where you will be the technical expert that small and medium developers rely on to get live and grow with Unity Ads and Unity LevelPlay mediation. You will own the developer's technical experience end to end, from first SDK integration and onboarding through diagnosing revenue and delivery issues and recommending optimizations that measurably grow their monetization.

This is a high-impact, high-scale opportunity. Our SMB developer base is large and moving fast as our platform moves to a bidding-first model and the new One Unity Dashboard, you will help shape how we support SMB developers at scale - building the sample projects, knowledge-base articles, and automation that resolve issues for many developers at once, and feeding recurring pain points back to Product and Engineering. You will join a collaborative, international team anchored by a strong Vilnius office, with the opportunity to grow into deeper ad-tech and platform expertise.

What you'll be doing

  • Act as the technical point of contact for SMB developers integrating Unity Ads and LevelPlay mediation, solving SDK, build, and integration issues across Android and iOS.

  • Guide self-serve publishers through onboarding: account and dashboard setup, ad-unit creation, adding and configuring networks (auto-bidding), and Easy-Mode / Unity Package Manager installs to get them live quickly.

  • Diagnose revenue and delivery problems (eCPM drops, low fill, reporting discrepancies) using dashboards, reporting/ILRD APIs, and the LevelPlay Integration Test Suite, and recommend optimizations such as migrating waterfall placements to in-app bidding, capping, and pacing.

  • Manage cases at scale in Salesforce/Zendesk, escalate reproducible bugs to engineering via Jira, and support developers through migrations to the One Unity Dashboard and the waterfall-to-bidding transition.

  • Build scalable self-service resources such as knowledge-base articles, reproducible sample projects, and forum responses, channeling developer feedback back to Product and Engineering.

What we're looking for

  • Hands-on experience solving mobile SDK integrations on Android (Java/Kotlin, Gradle) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C, CocoaPods/SPM).

  • Ability to analyze data to find root cause; comfortable with dashboards, reporting APIs, and SQL/BigQuery.

  • Experience with support tooling (Salesforce Service Cloud or Zendesk) and issue tracking (Jira).

  • Ability to write clear, developer-facing documentation.

  • Effective written and verbal communication in English.

You might also have

  • Hands-on experience with ad mediation and monetization platforms

  • Familiarity with Unity Ads and LevelPlay is a plus.

  • Basic scripting or automation to scale repetitive support work.

  • Experience supporting self-serve / SMB developer communities and public support forums.
