Backend Developer

We are looking for a Backend Engineer who views AI not just as a tool, but as a fundamental shift in how we build software. You will be responsible for designing high-performance, distributed systems while leaning heavily into an AI-First engineering culture. This means automating everything that can be automated, leveraging LLMs for complex logic, and constantly evolving your workflow with the latest in AI-assisted development.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain robust, high-performance microservices using Node.js and TypeScript.
•  Integrate AI agents and LLMs (Cursor, Claude Code) into your daily flow to maximize velocity and code quality.
• Own the full lifecycle of features—from system design and data modeling to deployment on AWS and monitoring at scale.
• Architect and maintain distributed systems designed to handle millions of concurrent requests with sub-millisecond latency.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Backend Experience- Proven track record in building distributed systems and microservices.
• Strong background in computer science or equivalent high-level hands-on expertise.
• Experience with AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude code) into your workflow. 
• Experience building and supporting scalable, high-traffic systems.
• Proactive, self-driven, and highly adaptable. Demonstrates the ability to thrive and excel in an environment where the status quo is constantly challenged.

Advantage:

• Familiarity with Redis, Kafka, and message-queuing patterns.
• Storage: Hands-on experience with both mySQL and Redis databases.
• AI-Engineering: Experience with LLM orchestration (e.g., LangChain) or building AI-powered features
