What Does The Job Actually Involve?
Helping define the look and feel of the UI for multiple F2P mobile games.
Creating UI visuals and solutions that are appealing, flexible and efficient
Contributing to the development of style guides and UI art pipelines
Working closely with Art and Design to find the right information hierarchy and UI conventions to get information across to the user in a tone and style appropriate to each game.
Providing feedback based on your expertise on a wide range of games
Troubleshooting any UI/UX issues from a creative and technical standpoint.
Skills & Requirements
Proven UI experience on at least one shipped F2P mobile game, 3+ years experience as a UI Artist/Graphic Designer minimum.
Able to demonstrate a strong understanding of core UI Art skills via a strong UI portfolio, including but not limited to graphic design, visual communication, typography, iconography and composition.
Solid experience in Unity, with the ability to prototype, implement and iterate on UI designs.
You’re versatile, able to adapt to and create a variety of styles.
Excellent communication and problem solving skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly across departments.
A professional, proactive and collaborative work attitude, with the desire to help others learn and improve.
Strong creative ideas and imagination, able to entertain players with challenges, humour, surprises and fun.
A passion for mobile gaming and all things design

Founded in 2011 by David Darling CBE, a key architect of the UK games industry who previously co-founded and led Codemasters, our team also includes legends such as Andrew Graham (creator of Micro Machines series) and Jason Falcus (programmer of classics including NBA Jam) alongside a growing and diverse team of global gaming experts.
