What would you be doing?
- Leading & building a HIGH performance team of executives to achieve onboarding KPIs on the social platform
- Responsible for end to end process from Lead Stage A to Lead Stage Z of assigned leads
- Building a templatized process and improve efficiency, to perform at scale
- Liaison between assigned Account & Customer Support (if needed), to remove breakpoints and achieve assigned KPIs
- Finding deep, replicable insights to optimize Customer Experience / give feedback to product
- The career trajectory of this candidate will be rising within and across the Account Management Team, while scaling across other countries.
Superpowers you’ll need to be a success in this role?
- 4-6 years of proven working experience in Account Management / Business Development
- Proven experience of building and managing a team of Account management / Sales / Business Development / Telesales team
- Proven track record of achieving monthly / weekly / quarterly targets, for the Team
- Has risen from being an individual top performer to building & managing a High Performance Team
- Fluent (written and spoken) in Hindi and English. Ability to talk in any other language is an add on (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi etc).
- Quick and avid learner: While scaling, this role requires us to be VERY observant about lessons that we learn from data and our customers. We are looking for someone who can adapt, prioritize and reorient himself/ herself + team
- Hustler: We are looking for an individual with a go getter attitude. We are a small, fast paced start up (and you will be expected to be out there and get things done)
