What should you deeply care about? 

Google Sheets, Experience in handling CRM tools and Telephony Tools

What would you be doing?

    • Leading & building a HIGH performance account management team to achieve Onboarding KPIs for key accounts on the platform
    • Responsible for end to end process from Lead Stage A to Lead Stage Z in Onboarding of Key Accounts, via the team
    • Building a templatized process and improve efficiency, to build team and perform at scale
    • Liaison between assigned Account & Customer Support (if needed), to remove break points and achieve assigned KPIs
    • Finding deep, replicable insights to optimize Onboarding Process. Additionally, productizing these learnings to provide seamless onboarding experience, at scale. 
    • The career trajectory of this candidate will be rising within and across the Account Management Team, while scaling across other countries. 

Superpowers you’ll need to be a success in this role?

    • 4-6 years of proven working experience in Account Management / Business Development
    • Proven experience of building and managing a team of Account management / Sales / Business Development / Telesales team
    • Proven track record of achieving monthly / weekly / quarterly targets, for the Team
    • Has risen from being an individual top performer to building & managing a High Performance Team
    • Fluent (written and spoken) in Hindi and English. Ability to talk in any other language is an add on (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi etc).
    • Quick and avid learner: While scaling, this role requires us to be VERY observant about lessons that we learn from data and our customers.
    • We are looking for someone who can adapt, prioritize and reorient himself/ herself + team
    • Hustler: We are looking for an individual with a go getter attitude. We are a small, fast paced start up (and you will be expected to be out there and get things done)
