What you will be doing:
You will be Identifying and engaging with passive talent to build and maintain a pipeline of diverse, high-quality, candidates, while ensuring a great candidate experience is a top priority. As part of the role you will screen CV’s, interview applicants to understand technical and cultural fit, update and audit the applicant tracking system and internal CRM to ensure applicant progression is being tracked accordingly.
Through this approach you will become a specialist Sourcer, keeping abreast of the latest sourcing techniques and educating the team on best practices. You'll share knowledge and raise the standards throughout the team, whilst partnering with the Recruiters to build a credible relationship with the business through intake meetings and candidate reviews.
As a natural networker you will maintain pipelines via various methods such as LinkedIn, social media channels, award events, networking events, Github and many more. You'll build and update market maps for various skill sets and location, as well as organisation charts and structure designs. Regularly analysing these pipelines as well as performance data will provide internal partners with key information to inform hiring decision.
As the first point of contact for many candidates you will be a brand champion and ambassador, ideally with a keen interest in PlayStation and gaming as a whole.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum of 3 years recruiting and/or sourcing experience in a technical or exec search environment.
- A pro in LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Demonstrate a history of using creative sourcing approaches, including leveraging strategies.
- Experience leading and prioritising multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.
- Able to work with confidential information and consistently exercise good judgement in dealing with a variety of situations.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System and CRM with Greenhouse a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
- Experience working across UK and European regions.
