GetMega is founded by two Computer Sciences Undergraduates from IIT Kanpur who have previously run and sold VC funded startup in the logistics domain. We are based out of Bengaluru, India and have raised multi-million dollar funding from Top-Tier Institutional Venture Capitalists to disrupt the multi-billion dollar skill based gaming market around the world.

Ownership- As a talent acquisition specialist, you will be owning a division and managing the end to end hiring requirements for specific departments.
Head-hunters- Must have an eye for finding the top 1% talent and adding value to the team.

What would you be doing?
- Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants and managing end to end candidate hiring process to ensure the best recruitment experience
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Hiring the top 1% talent across various skill sets inside the company
- Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs on a regular basis
- Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
Superpowers you will need to be a success in this role-
- 3-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition along with HR Generalist skill sets of building and scaling teams in a fast growing organization
- Good to have experience in attracting top talent globally
- Have been part of 0-1 and 1-100 journey (not mandatory but good to have) and have played in key role in building the organization and the team
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Be fluent in both written and verbal communication
- Excellent problem solving skills and creative thinker
- Experience working in fast-paced and execution-focused continuous delivery environments
