Support Specialist WoWS (German language)

Wargaming is looking for a Support Specialist to work on World of Warships in our brand-new Belgrade office.

The WoWS Support department helps our users solve game mechanics issues, problems with bonus codes, in-game events and equipment, experience, and others. They monitor users for proper and respectful behavior toward one another and act according to the company’s policies established by the license agreement and its addendums. They keep order and prevent the rules from the company documents from being broken, as well as communicate directly with users whose accounts have been banned for violations.
The team also solves payment issues, including payment failures or erroneous payment entries, inability to make payments, refunds, cancellations, and many other financial cases. Account security is another area of responsibility for Support Specialists.

What will you do?

• Support World of Warships MMO game

• Communicate with the multilingual audience on issues related to accounts, gaming mechanics, rules, and payments

What are we looking for?

• Secondary or higher education (students of part-time education, as well as the last courses)

• Intermediate or higher level of German 

• Advanced PC user

• Readiness to work in 2/2 shifts: two weeks 08:00–20:00, two weeks 20:00–08:00

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Knowledge of additional languages (English or Russian)

• Experience in working with users

• Knowledge of Wargaming products

• Gaming experience in WoWS

• Experience with Outlook

• Knowledge of payment systems (Paypal, WebMoney, etc.)
