The job is for a First Party Submission Manager who will be responsible for managing the submission process for assigned projects, including metadata and code. A Bachelor's or Associate's degree and understanding of game development and production are preferred qualifications.

OVERVIEW
To manage the First Party Submission process for assigned projects, which includes the submission of metadata and code. Working in the Madrid office and reporting to the Senior Release Manager. PC release expert, who will partner with First Party Partnerships to manage relationships with Valve and Epic. Working in the Vegas office and reporting to the Senior Release Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with First Party Partnerships regarding relationship management
- Drive conversations with Epic and Valve on urgent deadlines and emergencies
- Train team members on submissions practices, processes, and procedures along with the intricacies of Valve Portal
- Learn and be internal SME for all processes / procedures attached to submissions
- Own improvement of submissions practices, processes, and procedures
- Stay abreast of all requirement changes and communicate to internal teams
- Creates Confluence pages regarding PC submissions
- Coordinate daily with Release Managers and Leads on upcoming projects submissions
- Audit and complete submissions
- Create and manage help tickets primarily via the First Party Portals (CommsTracker, DevNet, PHC, Forums, Message Boards, ServiceNow)
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Ability to create and configure game, bundles and production to storefront portals
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, internally & externally
- Knowledge of bug database systems, QA process, test plan creation, and bug writing process
- Hardworking, reliable, punctual, flexibility to work different hours depending on deadlines
- Knowledge of MS Office suite and G Suite
- Technically proficient with PCs, gaming consoles, handhelds, and related hardware
- Basic knowledge of how games are sold - editions, season passes, microtransactions
- Ability to liaise with First Party in a very thoughtful and respectful manner
- Ability to liaise with other departments within the Studio and 2K
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
