Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC seeks a Sr. IT Systems Analyst in San Diego, CA to build and support a globally available catalog of Enterprise IT supported applications/products. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related or equivalent and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience offering analysis as a service for internal stakeholders looking to onboard new tools, use new off-the-shelf applications, and/or build custom applications. Prior experience must include five (5) years of progressively responsible experience utilizing SaaS (Software as a Service) and PaaS (Platform as a Service) applications; working directly with vendors and external parties to determine application and feature solutions; developing score sheets to evaluate IT applications; performing requirements analysis for new applications and products related to SaaS and PaaS Applications; preparing proposals to modify or replace legacy applications; developing project roadmaps based on workload and resources to support enhancements, upgrades, and new features; creating detailed technical documents including user stories for the Scrum team, flow diagrams and user guides; working with Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile Project management methodologies; and utilizing JavaScript, JSON, HTML, CSS, Agile, SAFe Agile, and Scrum.
