The Sr. Customer Lifecycle Manager is responsible for managing customer engagement and retention campaigns from conception to execution, with follow up on analytics and campaign reporting. We’re looking for a lifecycle marketer who has a passion for bringing games to life and building meaningful relationships with our players. Working closely with other marketing team members, you will assure that projects are in line with ArenaNet’s goals for player retention and engagement.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Drive audience engagement and retention to support overall revenue goals
- Provide analysis and reporting on campaign success
- Work with Analytics and game / product teams to ensure marketing tools and software are connected properly and enable reporting and analysis
- Partner with Legal, Sec Ops, and IT to ensure all campaigns, tools, and platforms maintain global compliance and best practices for data security and storage
- Manage the CRM creative pipeline, including ideation, iteration, and prioritization of creative concepts
- Lead efforts to drive development, provide suggestions, and champion optimizations for new and existing tool and process innovations
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- At least 5 years of experience in lifecycle or CRM marketing
- Experience with ESP or CRM platform(s) such as Iterable, Litmus, etc.
- Understanding of CRM channel best practices and trends
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience tracking and analyzing complex projects to iterate and deliver more effectively
- Strong project management skills, including managing multiple projects to meet deadlines
Total compensation is salary plus an annual bonus potential. Please note that the listed pay range is a general guideline only. We take into consideration the geography in which you live and your experience and qualifications when determining final salary.
