We are based out of Bengaluru, India and have raised multi-million dollar funding from Top-Tier Institutional Venture Capitalists to disrupt the multi-billion dollar skill based gaming market around the world.


Values of the Social Media Management A-Team:

Trend Forecasting: You will have to be quick, witty, updated and ahead of the curve. You should be able to sniff out social media trends and phenomenons and beat our competition to it. Spot upcoming trends and styles to ensure our campaigns are relevant and in sync with the prevailing trends. 

Ownership & Delivery: You will set up benchmarks and monitoring all social media campaigns and ensure all content/concepts across channels is on brand and adhere to brand guidelines and tonality.

Digitally Omnipresent: Ideate & hold on what's happening in digital media. Engage with consumers - monitor conversations and manage responses in social platforms & other online portals. Engage in “social listening” for where people are mentioning about Mega across communities and social media channels. And respond promptly to business or product enquiries across social channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, etc.

As the first Social Media Manager at Mega, you will have a rare opportunity to shape Mega’s brand awareness & online reputation by increasing the size of social communities, and accurate target audiences to strengthen engagement strategies in order to increase customer loyalty. You will convert social followers into qualified leads and new business. This includes administering the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high quality content for a progressive media content management. What would you be doing?

    • You will bring our brand to life by connecting with our customers and building content that resonates with them.
    • Brainstorm and device unique social media strategies with little to no direction to build brand relevance.
    • Digging into dashboards and fishing out insights that help unravel our audience.
    • Influencing us with your ideas is just the first step. Our competition is obviously cut-throat. So watch them like a hawk.
    • Track our brand reputation online by listening, monitoring and obviously jumping in to manage our rep. 

Superpowers you’ll need to be a success in this role?

    • Driving brand awareness, engagement and positive brand sentiment online.
    • About 3-6 years of experience in social media management.
    • Conceptualising crazy yet effective social media campaigns.
    • Overseeing day-to-day management of campaigns and ensuring brand consistency.
    • The devil is in the details. You should be able to push a good creative to one that’s excellent. 
    • Insights. Insights. Insights. Befriending data & numbers, and coaxing insights out of them.
    • Slipping into our customers' shoes and intuitively making decisions aligned with their social media consumption patterns.
    • Solving problems and developing and executing objectives with minimal direction.
