Job description
We are seeking an experienced and talented Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to develop engaging content to attract and retain a community of new and existing players.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty among players.
- Create and publish compelling content across social media platforms, including text, image, and video.
- Engage with players on social media and monitor feedback, comments, and reviews.
- Analyze social media data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices and incorporate them into the company's social media strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to align social media efforts with overall company goals.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns to promote the company's products and services.
- Create briefs, proposals, and storyboards for social media campaigns and content.
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure that content is visually compelling and aligned with the company's brand identity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in social media management in the gaming industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Ability to analyze social media data to measure campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Professional fluency in English language on both a written and spoken level.
