Senior Recruiter

Playground Games are looking to grow our world class team with the addition of a skilled and experienced Recruiter. As an integral part of the recruitment process, you’ll support the Recruitment Lead to deliver Playground’s ambitious studio expansion plans.

We are looking for an approachable, reliable and detail-orientated employee to join our recruitment function working within a demanding and rapidly expanding environment. Your primary duties will be direct sourcing / headhunting, ensuring  the candidate experience and journey is industry leading and the support and development of our Further Education and Higher Education relationships.  

Skills Summary:

• Recruitment experience within the video games industry, either in-house or agency
• Candidate sourcing / headhunting
• Develop Further Education and Higher Education partnerships globally
• Represent Playground Games at video game industry events
• Public speaking at industry and education events
• Champion and develop diversity hiring strategies and processes
• Agency PSL liaison and development
• A passion for recruitment and video games
