Senior Project Manager, PlayStation Studios Mobile
San Mateo, California or Remote
We are searching for a Senior Project Manager to help build the quickly expanding PlayStation Studios Mobile team, helping define, develop and scale our studio operations.
Reporting into the Director of Studio Operations you will own and execute on large-scale projects, optimizing processes and streamlining communications in this key and exciting role.
The Role:
- Design, plan and complete process and software solutions to meet operational needs
- Gather requirements and analyze use cases to define deliverables and expected outcomes
- Develop and own the project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that all projects are completed within the agreed-upon parameters
- Track, manage and communicate project status and risks, ensuring project milestones are met on time and within budget
- Collaborate with multiple teams, internal and external service providers to deliver working solutions
- Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies, ensuring that best practices are followed
- Inform and educate teams on how to work with new and existing tools and systems
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management
- Experience running large, sophisticated projects with multiple partners and teams
- Able to work autonomously and through ambiguity
- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
- Passionate about organizational efficiency and results oriented
- Exceptional communicator, who is open to feedback, seeks alignment and works towards consensus
- Comfort in working within and across a corporate landscape
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; PMP certification a plus
- Knowledge of game development a plus
- Passion for mobile gaming

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.
Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
