As a Senior Producer you have a passion for mobile games, knowledge of the industry and great management skills to help our development team to produce the best games. You’ll be instrumental in making sure everything runs smoothly in our successful, talented and driven hybrid casual games team.
Your Team Mates
Your team is a diverse, creative and passionate group from several disciplines including programming, art, design, marketing, data and many others. Some are based in one of our offices, with others working remotely. Everyone adds a huge amount of value to everything we do, and loves doing so.
What Does The Job Actually Involve?
Working with the Head of Production to organise, plan and manage the development of Kwalee’s hybrid game releases.
Coordinate with Marketing, Analytics, and Core Tech departments to ensure release deadlines are met.
Providing regular feedback on the games we make and helping design create the best games we can.
Your Hard Skills
3 + years experience in a production management role within an established mobile games studio.
Strong leadership and management skills.
A charismatic, energetic and integral character.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Outstanding organisational skills.
Experience of agile project management methodologies.
A “self-starter” mentality.
A strong interest in mobile games and play them daily
