Summary

RallyHere is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join their product marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, marketing tactics, positioning, and overall communication strategies for the team. They will also be responsible for brainstorming ways to increase awareness and adoption of RallyHere's platform, as well as supporting sales and client success towards implementation and expansion. The candidate should have 5+ years of experience in B2B and ABM marketing, experience marketing SaaS, technology, and applications, and possess strong project management skills. The preferred candidate will have experience in video games and/or a passion for the industry. The salary range for this position is $107,000 - $150,000 per year.

RallyHere is a comprehensive and fully integrated product suite for live service games. We provide an end-to-end live services operation platform with ready to use tools. The technology aggregates and applies powerful intelligence that supports failure debugging workflows, test suite analytics, and intelligent CI orchestration capabilities that improve developer velocity while reducing costs.
 
The Senior Marketing Manager position will offer a high degree of autonomy and provides the right candidate an opportunity to establish, build, and grow as a part of the product marketing team at RallyHere. This position will be an integral part in the go-to-market strategy, marketing tactics, positioning, and overall communication strategy for the team. Additionally, provide broad marketing efforts, such as brainstorming ways to increase awareness and adoption of RallyHere’s platform, as well as support our sales and client success towards implementation and expansion.
 
The right candidate will be an expert on the value our users and clients can gain from adopting specific features and functionality. Must be able to translate that knowledge into results that educate, inform, and promote the benefits of RallyHere’s platform services.

What are Marketing Managers do:

    • Champion strategies, communication, and marketing tactics of specific features and product areas: create product positioning; articulate clear value-based messaging and benefits across target audiences; Build and maintain competitive comparisons.
    • Brainstorm marketing efforts to drive broad-scale awareness of specific features and benefits.
    • Build and maintain sales enablement materials, i.e., one-pagers and battlecards to ensure clear understanding of feature and product functionality, benefits, and value propositions among sales and success.
    • Drive cross-functional alignment and communicate our values both internally and externally.
    • Manage all outward engagements with analysts, media and own the communication strategy.
    • Effective self-starter, high-functioning and natural collaborator.
    • Ability to build key relationships both internally and externally, while communicating and delivering complex campaigns effectively.
    • Provide performance data, with understanding of multi-touch attribution modeling and experience sharing insights across teams.
    • Build and maintain our library of pitch decks, competitor battlecards, product demos, one-pagers, solution briefs, etc.
    • Work with product on our strategy and execution of beta launches ensuring their success and securing content such as customer stories that can be used in marketing.
    • Ensure feedback loop between the field and product, bringing clients insights to the product team influencing the product roadmap.
    • Work with content to create gated assets such as whitepapers, as needed.
    • Be the face to the brand teams representing product marketing.

Who we are looking for:

    • 5+ years of experience generating B2B and ABM marketing and utilizing analytics to optimize content performance.
    • Experience marketing SaaS, technology, and applications to influence target audiences.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize and collaborate to meet deadlines in a high functioning environment.
    • Natural bar-raiser; a “can-do” attitude, proactive, curious are absolute musts.
    • Proven experience meeting the needs of (and setting realistic expectations around) internal stakeholders as they relate to product marketing materials.
    • Strong project management experience. Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines without being micromanaged.
    • Possesses an eye for good design, particularly as it pertains to marketing materials (i.e., website, branding, etc.).

Preferred Candidate has:

    • Experience in video games and or passion for the industry.
