Overview
1047 Games began with the simple principle that people should have fun while making great games. Bucking convention and driven by a passion to create the ultimate gaming experience, Ian Proulx and Nicholas Bagamian founded 1047 Games in 2017 in their Stanford dorm room. Their love for arena shooters of the past drove them to create Splitgate, a unique sci-fi first-person shooter that adds portal guns to upend the genre.
What started as two computer science majors putting portals into a first-person shooter for a project demo has evolved into a VC-backed company which has raised more than $120MM in funding.

Responsibilities:
- Define and execute 1047 Games’ global influencer marketing strategy, including how to discover, utilize, and grow streamers, content creators, social influencers, and brand ambassadors
- Source and collaborate with partners, identifying new opportunities and vet influencers to ensure success
- Evaluate and manage external influencer marketing agencies and other partners
- Work in partnership with our social media agency to define how to leverage and grow our social networks through influencer partnerships
- Create campaign briefs for external partners and influencers
- Network with and become a partner to high profile creative talent
- Innovate and have the courage to dare to do what others would not
- Measure and evaluate meaningful KPIs that show the business impact of the influencer program
- Collaborate with a global cross-functional team to align on objectives and prioritize opportunities
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years experience in an influencer manager and/or social media manager role
- You are immersed in TikTok, Twitch, and Instagram and are up to date with all the latest trends both as a consumer and creator
- Proven success in discovering influencers and partnering with them to improve product awareness and affinity
- Passion for social media and influencer marketing and knowledge of gaming and relevant lifestyle brand social influencers
- Experience working in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional organization
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and juggle multiple priorities resulting in high quality outcomes
- Success working with distributed teams in different time zones
Pluses:

- Have played Splitgate or other PC/console shooters (Halo, Fortnite, Apex etc.)
