Our 3 development teams are each creating an original game:

• Firewalk™ is working on a new multiplayer IP to be exclusively published by PlayStation 
• Cauldron™ is developing an adventure game 
• Battle Barge™ is creating a co-op RPG 

We secured the largest Series A raise in gaming history at $250 million, which provides our teams with the resources and creative environment needed to foster stable, fulfilling and life-long careers. 

We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator who is experienced in supporting multiple teams in a fast growth environment. 

The salary range for this position is $20.00/hour – $27.50/hour. This range represents the salary for the position commensurate with experience, knowledge, and demonstrated success in the field.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Experienced with managing dynamic interview schedules both onsite and virtual
• Customer experience minded with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization and with external candidates
• Highly organized and process driven

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Open and post requisitions in ATS and careers site
• Manage interview schedules and hiring team meetings for all open reqs
• Act as a point of contact internally and externally for recruitment related questions
• General recruiting operations support including new process implementation and testing, ATS updates, some reporting and auditing

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have the ability to effectively manage competing priorities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and has strong professional decision-making ability to escalate issues when needed
• Ability to interface with all levels of the organization and with external candidates
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
• Experience with scheduling and calendaring

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Familiarity with Jobvite as an ATS
• Experience working in Gaming or Entertainment
