Job Overview

The Game Technologies team is part of the Wargaming Global Technology unit. We are based in Cyprus and specialize in the development of prospective server solutions for massive multiplayer online games development.

Currently, the team consists of about 15 senior engineers and continues to grow. We are in high demand for internal Wargaming projects, and to ensure the high quality of our solutions, we have opened a new position for Project Manager.

What will you do?

• Organize the work of a distributed team: internal communication and interaction with customers and product users

• Tailor the project management methodologies to each particular team and product

• Plan the development process and supervise the implementation

• Shape the processes for producing features and content

• Maintain the product roadmaps

• Perform other activities related to the department’s operation cycle

• Assist Leads Team in prioritizing, planning, and managing risks

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years’ experience as a project manager in IT

• Sound planning and prioritization skills consistent with business goals and requirements

• Ability to build processes of production and interaction with other departments

• Great at establishing effective communication within a distributed team

• Team management experience in development, QA

• Experience in working with several projects in parallel

• Successful experience in releasing and maintenance the project, updates

• Ability to create technical and functional documentation independently
