What We Need:

Our Irvine studio is looking for a Production Intern to join our NBA 2K Dev team. The ideal candidate will provide support across a variety of areas of production while working on award-winning NBA 2K franchise! This role will collaborate with both internal and external developers on all aspects of production providing an unrivaled internship opportunity. This position is on-site at our Irvine, CA office. 

What You Will Do:

• Assist Producers with overseeing and tracking work produced by internal and/or external resources relating to a particular feature or area of development
• Assist team members with ensuring adherence to project schedules and deadlines
• Assist Producers with managing the testing process with QA teams
• Help identify roadblocks, project risks and be involved in finding solutions
• Own administrative functions as required, such as taking meeting notes, creating tasks, etc.
• Motivate and provide support to your team, always contributing to a positive work environment

• Enrolled in a college, university, or trade school at the time of internship

• You thrive by collaborating with others and bringing fresh ideas to the table
• Strong organizational and project management skills

• You are studying software production, data management, game design, or a related field
• Passionate about gaming
• Familiar with basketball, the NBA, and/or the NBA 2K franchise

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $25 and $25 per Hour. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
