The job is for an outsourcing manager in the games and metaverse industries. The role involves sourcing, maintaining, and developing relationships with key strategic content creation and engineering companies. The manager will be responsible for turning requests from all Improbable business units into proposal requests to outsourcing companies, ensuring budgets for projects are set and adhered to, and reviewing proposals that are submitted back to Improbable. The day-to-day management of the outsourced staff will not be part of this role. The ideal candidate should have previous experience collaborating with internal company teams, minimum 2 years outsource management experience, strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, including Agile, and in-depth understanding of games project life cycles. The candidate should also have experience liaising with legal departments to help draft contracts and amendments, and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Your Mission

We are looking for an outsourcing manager to source, maintain and develop relationships with key strategic content creation and engineering companies in the games and metaverse industries. 

Your Opportunity:

    • Turning requests from all Improbable business units into proposal requests to outsourcing companies
    • Ensuring budgets for projects are set and adhered to
    • Reviewing proposals that are submitted back to Improbable 
    • Day-to-day management of the outsourced staff, including any asset acceptance, will not be part of this role as this will sit with the project team or business unit
