On-Site IT Technician

Larian Studios, a company known for delivering high-quality role-playing games, is seeking an IT technician to support their Barcelona Studio on a six-month contract. The responsibilities of the role include assisting users with IT-related requests, analyzing errors, maintaining hardware, ensuring inventory is up to date, setting up and removing workstations, installing and configuring new software, and managing user accounts. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in on-site IT support, experience with ITSM systems, basic network knowledge, hardware and software experience with end devices and servers, experience with Windows (Client and Server), and fluency in Spanish and English.
