Specialising in AAA PC and console development, Red Kite has a proven track record in the creation of cutting-edge games across varying genres.
Having set up home in the beautiful Grade-II listed Park Row House in Leeds city centre, Red Kite continues to develop top-quality games for multiple world-class AAA publishing partners such as Sony, Microsoft, Activision, 2K, SEGA, Epic, Warner Bros., 505, Rare, Codemasters, Mediatonic and Remedy.
Several titles include Hogwarts Legacy, Fall Guys, Mafia: Definitive Edition, Mafia III: Definitive Edition, Control Ultimate Edition, Two Point Hospital, Knockout City, Battletoads, Crackdown 3, Payday 2, Team Sonic Racing, DiRT 4 and God of War III: Remastered.
It’s a very exciting time to join Red Kite; not only are we working on multiple high-profile games for gen 9 platforms, we're also developing our own IP. Here’s what we can tell you about:

The Role @ Red Kite Games

Red Kite is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and charismatic Office Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring that our studio runs smoothly and efficiently, while also creating a welcoming and positive environment for our employees and visitors.

You will also have a close working relationship with other teams across the group, including the talent team, HR, facilities, HSE, and finance.
One area that you will assist with is the planning of Red Kite events! Including our annual three-day Red Kite Summer BBQ and Christmas party – both of which are highlights on Red Kite’s social calendar.

Please note that this role is on-site, full-time and based out of our studio in Leeds. 

In this role you will:

    • Maintain and improve the working environment, liaising with cleaners and other contractors.
    • Conduct monthly H&S Inspections, liaising with the Facilities Management Company and the Building Management.
    • Manage Fire Safety, First Aid, and Mental Health First Aid Training.
    • Work closely with other areas of the group, including but not limited to the HR team, talent team, and finance team.
    • Onboard new starters, including management of the new starter kits, HR inductions, and health and safety inductions.
    • Book and manage UK and international travel for major conferences and events in the industry.
    • Provide financial assistance to the wider finance team, including but not limited to raising purchase orders and managing expenses.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to be highly organized, detail-oriented, and a great communicator. You should also be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
