Lead UI/UX Designer

Game Director

What will you do? 

• Working with stakeholders to understand requirements and balancing the needs of the player and business.

• Collaborating with the team (art, design, tech) to optimize existing flows and create new innovative systems.

• Validate ideas and designs with players at different stages of development.

• Leading and mentoring designer

• Interactive design and prototyping

• UI Design and documentation

What are we looking for? 

• Solid skills in interaction design and UI Design (from requirements analysis to high fidelity prototypes and documentation)

• Familiarity with player testing and other user centered design processes

• Solid 2D animation skills (Flash/Animate/After Effects)

• Basic knowledge of Action Script (or knowledge of any other scripting language)

• Solid skills in visual design

• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

• Familiarity with basic principles of game engines or game UI middleware
