ABOUT GUNZILLA GAMES

Founded in 2020, Gunzilla Games is a fresh, independent AAA developer working on its Battle Royale 2.0 Off The Grid in three metropolitan locations: Frankfurt, Germany (HQ); Los Angeles, USA; and Kyiv, Ukraine.     • ABOUT THE JOB

      Gunzilla Games are looking for a Lead Frontend Programmer to lead our talented Frontend Programming team working on OTG (Off The Grid), an all-new AAA Battle Royale 2.0 third-person shooter, due for release on PlayStation®5, Xbox® Series X|S and PC

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead and mentor a distributed team of experienced frontend programmers
    • Game UI development (HTML5, TypeScript, CSS)
    • Game UI profiling and optimization
    • Cooperation with our UI/UX designers

REQUIREMENTS

    • At least 1 years’ experience of leading a Team Lead
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly provide technical feedback and documentation
    • Strong Typescript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS knowledge (4+ years)
    • Data structures & algorithms understanding
    • Experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g. React)
    • React with functional components knowledge
    • CSS animations experience
    • Proficiency in vanilla JS (DOM manipulations, developing features such as custom scroll from scratch etc.)
    • Experience with build systems (e.g. Webpack)
    • Performance optimization
