Summary
Rovio is looking for an IT Support Intern to join their IT Support team for a 6 month period. This is a full-time position, with a working week of 37.5 hours. The successful candidate will have experience in IT support or other technology customer support, familiarity with Windows, macOS, iOS and Android, strong verbal and written English skills, a love for technology, and a customer-oriented attitude. The recruitment process consists of two meetings: the first with the hiring manager, and the second with the team lead and team member(s). This role is part of the Games Technology Unit which provides services for mobile games, big data analytics, build and submission tools for games, cloud infrastructure for service and game servers, and gaming cloud services platform, Beacon. Job description
The IT team takes care of Rovio’s entire IT infrastructure, external and internal connectivity, and services. We enable people to work better by providing the right tools and excellent support. The IT team has won the Team of the Year award at Rovio two times in the last three years.
We are now looking for an IT Support Intern to join the IT Support team for a 6 months period. It's a full-time positions, hence working week is 37.5 hours.
You will have a major role in supporting people and operating our IT services locally. Every day will be different.
What your days will look like:
- Supporting people with their daily issues with hardware and software
- Providing access to various systems
- Ordering and preparing devices
Who we think will do great in this role has:
