They are looking for an experienced HR Specialist for their Frankfurt studio. The HR Specialist will be responsible for coordinating with HR Director and management for matters related to personnel and HR topics, HR administration, on and off-boarding of employees, and provision of support with legal joining formalities for Gunzilla's expats. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field, 3-4 years of experience in Human Resources, good knowledge of local employment legislations and tax laws, and very good communication skills in German and English. Founded in 2020, Gunzilla Games is a fresh, independent AAA developer working on its Battle Royale 2.0 Off The Grid in three metropolitan locations: Frankfurt, Germany (HQ); Los Angeles, USA; and Kyiv, Ukraine. ABOUT THE JOB
Gunzilla Games are looking to recruit a HR Specialist for our Frankfurt studio. We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist who would like to work in a fun, exciting and relaxed environment.
RESPONSABILITES
- Coordinate closely with HR Director and management for matters related to personnel and HR topics
- HR Administration & ad-hoc duties related to the same, inclusive of partial support of GZ UK office
- Support the HR Director and colleagues in administrative duties (e.g. maintain HR systems, maintain time-tracking system, process data for payroll, write and/or edit contracts)
- On & Off-boarding of the employees in compliance with the companys policies & legal regulations
- Provision of the support with the legal joining formlaities for Gunzillas expats (i.e. Visas)
- Participate in development/modification of Gunzillas HR practices
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field.
- 3-4 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Good knowledge of local employment legislations and tax laws
- Very good communication skills, both written and spoken in German and English.
- Solid understanding of HR organization, processes, systems and policies.
- Proactive, empathic and enthusiastic person with critical and analytical sense.
- Attention to detail and good time manager with negotiations skills.
- Be open-minded and eager to learn.
- Strong project management skills, planning & organization skills.
- Ability to develop effective working relationships with employees at all levels and within the Europe & UK Division.
- Ability to demonstrate high degree of confidentiality.
- Very good understanding of MS Office (advanced Excel skills), Cloud and HR information systems.
