What We Need:
Our Budapest studio is seeking an HR Manager to join our ongoing expansion efforts. You will be responsible for the HR function of a video game developer studio that strives to be the best in the next generation of sports gaming. The focus of the job is operative labor tasks and recruitment and selection with the support of external partner companies. Enjoy a culture dedicated to gaming and technical excellence.

What You Will Do
- Execution of the recruitment-selection process for local candidates (profile review and alignment with hiring managers, filtering CVs, interviewing)
- Entry and exit of employees within the company: supporting the administration, preparation of employment contracts, job descriptions
- Helping the newly hired employees’ onboarding
- In collaboration with the external payroll partner company, managing the monthly closing process, creating input for payroll and checking the received payroll
- Writing and updating policies related to HR
- Solving occasional labor and payroll tasks, answering employees' questions, providing information, assistance, administration
- Owning the annual review and update of the company cafeteria system and regulations and the operation of the system in partnership with the Benefits team
- (Organizing and administrating of occupational health examinations and work and fire safety training
- Assessing training needs, ensuring employee training and career management
- Operating a company team building system in partnership with the managers, organization of company events
- Preparation of annual HR business plan, HR budget planning and management
- Over see the performance evaluation system, supporting the annual salary increases
Who Will Be A Great Fit:
- Professional, higher education: diploma in HR, work and organizational psychology, management and organization or a similar field
- 4 + years of HR generalist experience, which covers min. 80% of the operative tasks mentioned above
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting related to clerical positions
- Up to date labor knowledge (payroll, cafeteria, taxation, labor law)
- Fluent in conversing in English
- Strong and assertive communication skills, good problem-solving and conflict management skills
- Result-oriented, solution-focused and extremely efficient, good organizational skills, and you can prioritize well
- Build, design and optimize processes
- People-oriented, empathetic, good interpersonal skills, but at the same time aware that HR is not only about the employees, but also about the business
