Role overview:

Working as part of the HR Operations team, you will have broad exposure to the full scope of an employee’s lifecycle. This will involve working alongside others in our HR team which will maximise your exposure to all specialisms within HR.

Main duties:

  • Helping our people with questions and requests relating to contractual changes, family leave, reference requests, pay and offboarding.
  • Managing cases in our Service Now platform, delivering a great customer experience and meeting SLAs
  • Producing letters, contracts, and other employee documentation in an accurate and timely way
  • Identifying case trends and opportunities for process improvement, proactively looking at ways to support employee and manager self-service and streamline our processes
  • Maintaining accurate records in Workday and other HR systems, ensuring that documentation is filed appropriately and in line with data protection requirements.
  • Acting as a Workday subject matter expert for the business and wider team.
  • Supporting the onboarding process and delivering new starter inductions
  • Carrying out pre-employment checks relating to referencing and/or right to work
  • Building strong working relationships with users, key partners, and the wider HR team, treating employees fairly and in line with good practice and legislation
  • Supporting with other ad hoc administration tasks.
  • Advancing issues that cannot be resolved at first point of contact.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong background in administration, including exposure to HR.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage a demanding workload and prioritise accordingly.
  • Customer focused mindset, experienced in delivering excellence in service and support.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages: Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Systems knowledge of Workday or ServiceNow is desirable
