GetMega is founded by two Computer Sciences Undergraduates from IIT Kanpur who have previously run and sold VC funded startup in the logistics domain. We are based out of Bengaluru, India and have raised multi-million dollar funding from Top-Tier Institutional Venture Capitalists to disrupt the multi-billion dollar skill based gaming market around the world.


Values of a Grade-A Head of Revenue: 

You are responsible to maximize the revenue of the company by optimizing and maximizing revenue across games of GetMega.
Being able to find a predictable, shortest, cheapest parth to increasing revenue in short term and long term. 
Maximizing LTV of a user across different games on platform. 
Should have had proven experience of growing revenue predictably, at scale, using process and product. 
Great at hyper-experimenting, with a data driven decision making to be able to learn from experiments and replicate growth at scale. 
Analytics: Good with numbers, to be able to analyze details and zero down on the most important aspect of the campaign that had the highest contribution to success or failure. 
Project Management: Being able to think exhaustively about different levers to grow revenue of your game, and being able to prioritize & focus (yourself and your team) on few critical things, that will be able to move the needle. 
Be ahead of the curve, by coming up with new big bets that we should try and implement MVP of the same. 
Quick and avid learner: Catches up quickly and is always trying to be his/ her best self. 
Hustler: Individuals with a go-getter attitude. We are a small, fast-paced start-up and you will be expected to be out there and get things done, esp while working cross functionally.

What would you be doing?

    • As a Head of Revenue, you will be in the Growth Team, leading Revenue vertical of the company. You will have Revenue Managers of different games reporting into you. 
    • You are responsible for revenue of the company, across all games. You are responsible for achieving the short term (weekly and monthly) and long term (quarterly and yearly) revenue target on GetMega.
    • You will be leveraging different levers of growing revenue of your game, including, but not limited to, product levers (using existing and having new created), architecting & implementing campaigns, exhaustive distribution strategy and working across teams, affecting revenue. 

Superpowers you’ll need to be a success in this role?

    • 8+ years of proven working experience in growing revenue of an online product: Having multiple product portfolio (revenue streams)
    • Proven track record of achieving predictable revenue, using process, product and analytics.
    • Experience of handling P&L across different categories / portfolio
    • An eye for detail and strong execution and project management skills
    • Good at working with cross functional teams
    • Strong written and team communication skills
