GetMega is founded by two Computer Sciences Undergraduates from IIT Kanpur who have previously run and sold VC funded startup in the logistics domain. We are based out of Bengaluru, India and have raised multi-million dollar funding from Top-Tier Institutional Venture Capitalists to disrupt the multi-billion dollar skill based gaming market around the world.

What would you be doing?
- As a Head of Acquisition, you will be reporting into Head of Growth. You will be responsible for scaling paying players across all the revenue verticals of the company at the cheapest cost, while maintaining quality of leads. Presently, our main verticals are Poker, Rummy, Casual and Trivia.
- You will have Performance Marketing Lead, Organic Lead reporting into you, and their entire respective team mates.This implies, you can manage your media mix leveraging ads, search, youtube, alliances and more.
- You will be responsible for both short term (monthly) and long term (quarterly and annual) targets for acquisition of the company and respective games.
- You will be required to constantly innovate on your media mix, as per stage of different verticals of the company.
- You will be required to leverage Growth Engineering to “growth hack” your way to better CAC than market, consistently
- The budgets you will be handling will be upwards of 30Cr annually, that is increasing at a crazy pace.
- Being able to figure out new mediums of acquisition and hyper scale, while maintaining quality.
Superpowers you’ll need to be a success in this role?
- 7+ years of proven working experience in scaling acquisition of an online product
- An eye for detail and strong execution and project management skills
- Good at working with cross functional teams
- Strong written and team communication skills
