Graphic Design Internship

Duration: 6 months 

Format: Onsite

Overview: 

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer Intern to join our Creative Services Team with the potential of future hiring. The right candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with various teams and internal stakeholders, as well as conceptualize and share ideas used in the development of digital and print projects. As a graphic designer, you will brainstorm, create and communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate the audience. You will also assist the Creative Services Manager on a wide range of creative projects, such as branding, social media campaigns, digital banners, motion graphics, infographics, presentation design, merchandise, and UI/UX projects. Nayia Vasileiadou – Creative Services Manager  

Energetic, result-driven, detail-oriented, and strongly interested in design trends and digital media best practices, Nayia is enthusiastic about developing ideas from scratch to finish. What drives her most is constantly seeking answers to "what ifs," which always leads to something unexpected. Her creative approach enhances design as a way of thinking rather than a tool that allows us to transform intangible values into tangible ideas. Understanding human behavior and developing concepts that will meet people's needs is always the key objective behind her design process. Nayia has been in Wargaming for more than five years and is responsible for developing, implementing, and ensuring the delivery of internal creative services to the company—this includes working with various departments, coordinating with external vendors, producing a wide range of creative materials and briefs (digital and print), implementing brand's guidelines and values on the design projects, presenting proposals to the teams and managing/tracking multiple projects. 

What are we looking for? 

• A strong design portfolio demonstrating digital and print design experience  
• Proficiency in the latest design tools, including Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier, After Effect) and Figma  
• Basic knowledge of motion design and video editing   
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English   
• Ability to handle constructive feedback 
• Keen to learn, grow, and be a part of a team

• Knowledge of Russian or Greek
