Director of Customer Success

As Director of Customer Success, you will take the lead of a newly set department. 
Reporting directly to the VP of Publishing, you will have ownership of creating and operating a department consisting of multiple teams with a mission to grow and delight our communities of users. 
You will create strategies and processes to operate your department in the most efficient way, while also will managing, mentoring and empowering a talented team of professionals.

About the role

  • You will manage the Customer Success Department responsible for maximizing information dissemination, player retention and monetization of our community
  • You will own the management of the following disciplines and teams:
    • Community Development
    • CRM
    • Customer Care
    • VIP Program
  • You will create a strategy and lead its execution with your team
  • You will create processes and strategies within your department to create a cost-effective operation able to service tens of millions of users
  • You will work with other Departments and Divisions to deliver new services for users

About you

  • You have solid experience and knowledge of online community dynamics.
  • You have experience within the gaming industry (preferably Free-to-Play) and know well the business requirements.
  • You have experience and an interest in people management
  • You are interested in the opportunity to build, grow and manage online and IRL communities.
  • You care about creating an amazing experience for our users and you know how to design such experiences.
