GetMega is founded by two Computer Sciences Undergraduates from IIT Kanpur who have previously run and sold VC funded startup in the logistics domain. We are based out of Bengaluru, India and have raised multi-million dollar funding from Top-Tier Institutional Venture Capitalists to disrupt the multi-billion dollar skill based gaming market around the world.

Values of a Grade-An Associate Revenue Manager: 

Ownership: Ability to work within a budget to maximize the success KPI of the campaign. 
Strategy: Good at creating a strong distribution strategy across existing / past customers. 
Conversion Optimization Specialist: Break down bigger problems into smaller problems and be able to optimize the funnels. 
Project Management: Being able to create time bound to-do-list to bring out the success of each campaign
Attentive to Detail: Ability to articulate minute details of campaigns at multiple levels and execute it to perfection. Should be able to draft BRD, in depth and plan gantt across levels, in detail. 
Analytics: Good with numbers, to be able to analyze details and zero down on most important aspect of the campaign that had highest contribution to success or failure. 
Quick and avid learner: Catches up quickly and is always trying to be his/ her best self. 
Hustler: Individuals with a go-getter attitude. We are a small, fast-paced start-up and you will be expected to be out there and multitask to get things done, esp while working cross functionally.

What would you be doing?

    • Being in the revenue team, you will be responsible for devising campaigns to boost growth in revenue, reactivation or retention. 
    • You are responsible for maximizing the success KPI of the campaign, under the budget constraint. 
    • Strategy: You will be involved in defining campaign strategy, distribution strategy for the audiences, with the assigned budget. 
    • Project Management: You will be responsible to create a Gantt Chart to manage copy, creatives, nurturing, distribution, data analytics tracking, Tech/ Product, QA, to make sure, the campaign is rolled out in a timely manner. 
    • As an Associate Revenue Manager, you are responsible for rolling out the campaign exactly as per the strategy, to get the desired results. You have the ownership of the campaign. 
    • Once the campaign is completed, you have to reflect and share key learnings / insights, so that we can optimize next campaigns going forward. Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including evaluation of KPIs.

Superpowers you’ll need to be a success in this role?

    • 1-4 years of proven working experience in Campaign Management
    • An eye for detail and strong execution and project management skills
    • Good at working with cross functional teams
    • Strong written and team communication skills
