Due to major growth we are expanding our Payment, Trust and Safety team in Manila and currently looking for an Anti-Fraud Analyst to join the team. 

The Anti-Fraud Analyst is responsible for providing vital support to VGW by effectively identifying and mitigating any fraudulent activities from the player to minimize financial loss.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Review and perform risk analysis on the fraud alerts, take the appropriate action and perform multiple account review
• Provide support to other teams regarding account statuses concerns.
• Maintains expert knowledge of all internal and external processing systems and provides a high-quality risk analysis review.
• Perform ad hoc task and other deliverables and outcomes as directed by the COMPANY from time to time

What you will bring to the role:

• Experience in fraud processing is an advantage
• Proven ability to maintain professional relationships internally and externally
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Ability to solve complex problems with minor direction
• Being meticulous and showing close attention to all of the small details of the task
• Demonstrate the curiosity and drive to get to the root of a problem
