At Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE), the Account Management team comes to the agency table and partners with all disciplines inside Global Creative Services with ideas and strategies for the marketplace with key metrics. We are smart, proactive advocates for our clients, and play a critical role as the liaisons between client requests and our internal creative teams. We understand our clients' business, their customers, their goals for every advertising dollar spent. We build relationships in-house and out-of-house and communicate constantly to get the best ideas and avoid any surprises. We present confidently along with our creative teams. Ask tough questions. Dig deep to bring back meaningful feedback. We share success, shoulder failure and learn from every project.

Responsibilities 

  • Manage creative development of marketing initiatives, campaigns and brand stewardship; act as main day-to-day point of contact for internal clients, in-house creative teams and agency partners on execution 

  • Partner with Sr. Account Manager to develop (in conjunction with clients) yearly, and quarterly plans to allow agency to forecast hours and ensure resources are available to complete work 

  • Strong ability to develop relationships and trust with all clients and external agency partners 

  • Ensure high quality standards in all client deliverables, and that all projects produced support strategy, adhere to brand guidelines, are timely executed and within budget 

  • Provide meeting notes and next steps to clients, and internal team to ensure efficiencies and reduced rounds of creative 

  • Brief and manage creative teams of campaign initiatives from start to finish 

  • Collaborates with internal business groups, creative and agency partners on campaign and project briefs that are clear and concise to develop dynamic creative 

  • Works closely with all applicable Marketing teams to understand their marketing and advertising strategies and manage campaign identities and establish consistent look/tone/feel across multiple communications vehicles 

  • Troubleshoots and resolves day-to-day issues or problems affecting quality and delivery of projects Identifies appropriate metrics, tracks results, communicates and applies findings

Qualifications 

  • Projected to graduate in 2024. 

  • College degree (e.g. Bachelor of Arts) or equivalent degree within appropriate field such as Business, Graphic Arts, Marketing, Advertising, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job required. 

  • Strong knowledge of business models, objectives, financial metrics, etc. used in decision-making. 

  • Detailed understanding of the company’s market and business environment. 

  • Comprehensive understanding of effective Creative Design, Copywriting and Video practices, trends, techniques, and processes across one or more touchpoints or mediums (e.g. campaigns, packaging, in-store, digital, mobile/app, print, direct, interactive and video). 

  • Strong problem-solving skills; ability to identify and execute effective solutions. 

  • Ability to build new relationships and nurture existing relationships with internal and external clients. 

  • Detailed understanding of the assigned clients’ products and services.

  • Ability to work well in a team environment and develop collaborative relationships with colleagues across the company; willingness to work with global colleagues at all levels. 

  • Ability to manage complex workloads, prioritize work appropriately, and meet assigned deadlines including aggressive timelines; strong organizational and analytical skills with an attention to detail. Impeccable presentation and communication skills. 

  • Experience using: Project management workflow software, PC/Mac presentation and creative applications including Power Point, Keynote, and Photoshop
